I just got back from Maryland and spending time with Lloyd and Vicki and their inner circle mastermind group out there. They are doing awesome, with once again have one of their students buy a house the second day of the boot camp with over $100,000 in equity. Way to go Maryland group!
I am currently in Nashville with Ed Clay, another one of my creative real estate financing students and we are looking at buying some properties today and helping him start his own inner circle group down here. Man it is exciting seeing the top 3 percent of successful people take advantage of the specialized knowledge we use and make big things happen. Knowing that they are training to always create win-win situations and to be generous and give back to the community, it is a breath of fresh air, seeing these people do great things to help people generate real wealth by using the most powerful weapon the have – their brain.
We have several other students that are in training now to start being mentors and teach other people how to do what we do in the inner circle. It is indeed true, you can have anything you want if you help enough other people get what they want.
